Spermin Preparation
The donor needs to be at the center for sperm delivery on the day of egg collection. Sexual abstinence is required for 3-5 days before the procedure. The sperm from the man is prepared in laboratory conditions to make it fit. If the donor can not give sperm on the day of collecting the eggs, he can get sperm by coming to the tube baby center in Cyprus. The spermatozoa that are taken are stored frozen and used again for reproductive process.
Fertilization, Embryo Development and Transfer
Sperm and eggs are fertilized by microinjection method in laboratory environment. Following the development of embryos in the culture medium, embryos are followed up to the 3rd or 5th day.
The number of embryos to be transferred is determined by the patient’s decision based on the patient’s health conditions, the condition of the uterus and the quality of the embryo.
It requires the preliminary preparation for the adhesion of the intrauterine embryo before transfer. For this reason, the patient is provided hormonal support. The day of transfer is determined when appropriate for the placement of the intrauterine embryo.
The painless and painless transfer process takes about 10-15 minutes. After an anesthesia-free procedure, the patient rests in the tube infant center in Cyprus for about 2 hours and can rest home if they wish. In general, the patients return to their homes after resting for a few days at the hotel they are staying in after the transaction. After the 12th day of transfer, the BHCG is demanded. The assay shows whether you have a pregnancy outcome.
