Drooping and sagging of the upper arm occurs for the following reasons:
- Aging
- Genetics
- Weight gain
- Weight loss
- Gravity
- Sun exposure
Dieting and exercise cannot correct the appearance of sagging arms. This can leave the person feeling self-conscious about their appearance and restrict their choice of clothing. Fortunately Brachioplasty surgery or an “Arm lift” can reduce the appearance of sagging arms. The surgical method varies from patient to patient, depending on the skin.
Sometimes there is regional fatigue as well as deterioration of leather quality. In those who get fast weight, usually only skin sagging is occurring. If the leather quality is good, some sarkmalarda only liposuction is applied. However, when the skin quality is deteriorated and there are cracks, arm stretching surgery is performed. If necessary, liposuction can be combined with arm stretching surgery.
Arm stretching and deformation are removed in the arm stretching operation. During local anesthesia or general anesthesia, skin and fat tissue are removed from the inner and posterior parts of the arm. The meat is planted in two layers both internally and externally. On average, surgery takes 1-3 hours.
