In Vitro Fertilization for LGBTQ Individuals:
In the twenty-first century, the concept of family is more diverse and inclusive than in previous years. An important part of this diversity is reproductive health and especially in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment for LGBTQ individuals and couples. With modern medicine and changing social structures, the LGBTQ community now finds more support and options to start their own families.
In vitro fertilization treatment can enable LGBTQ individuals to have their own biological children. This treatment is a critical start for homosexual couples, single parents and transgender individuals on the path to realizing their dreams of becoming a family.
In vitro fertilization treatment for LGBTQ individuals may bring various ethical and legal challenges. In this process, it is essential to protect the rights of individuals and couples, and to prioritize the principles of confidentiality and consent.
We wholeheartedly support members of the LGBTQ+ community in this process and believe that every individual has the right to have a child.

LGBTQ IVF Treatment:
Treatment is shaped according to the unique needs and situations of each individual or couple. Psychological counseling provides emotional support during this process and strengthens individuals on the path to establishing a family.
Gay Couples:
Gay couples apply to surrogacy programs in order to have children. Depending on the decision of the couple, only one’s sperm can be used, both sperm can be used for the procedure, or sperm donation and embryo donation treatment are also options. The procedure for the procedures is the same as egg donation and surrogacy treatment. Sometimes the collected eggs are shared and the embryos that are fertilized with the sperm of both partners are transferred to the surrogate mother or mothers. For gay couples, egg or sperm donation provides the opportunity to have a genetically related child. Donor selection is applied according to the preferences and health needs of the individuals.
Lesbian Couples:
Eggs are collected from one of the partners and an embryo is created with the sperm selected from the sperm bank, and these embryos are transferred to the other partner, preferably on the 5th day. This type of treatment is called the ROPA Method. In this highly preferred method, both are the mothers of the baby and one is defined as the biological mother and the other as the genetic mother. Sometimes couples can change places and plan the treatment by reversing the situation. Sometimes eggs can be collected from both candidates and processed. Or both partners may want to give birth. As a result of the physician’s evaluation, which one is more suitable is determined and the treatment process is continued according to the couple’s wishes.
The subsequent treatment process is the same as the sperm donation treatment process.
Transsexual Individuals:
Trans individuals can get pregnant themselves, or they can get pregnant with in vitro fertilization treatment, and they can even choose treatment options such as egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation and surrogacy.
In order to achieve the desired result during in vitro fertilization treatment, the hormone treatments used by trans individuals that negatively affect the treatment can be stopped. After the in vitro fertilization treatment is completed, it is recommended to start hormone treatments. In gender transition operations, egg sperm cells or embryos are frozen for future use in order to have children. The management of these treatment processes is carried out in a coordinated manner by our team.
